Submitting a form does not confirm an appointment. Acceptance depends on availability, eligibility, platform support, and confirmation from Notary Wineglass.

No legal advice

Our services cover notarial acts and signing coordination. We do not select legal documents, interpret their effect, or provide legal advice.

Transaction requirements

Clients and responsible transaction professionals must confirm document suitability and acceptance by relevant parties. Each notary retains responsibility for applicable notarial duties. We may decline or redirect requests that cannot be completed appropriately.

Identity and signer requirements

Completion requires satisfactory identity verification and compliance with applicable law, signer, witness, document, and platform requirements.

Scheduling and changes

Additional fees may apply for short notice, late or revised documents, waiting, missed appointments, travel, or extra work under the agreed client fee schedule. Documents need not be final when requesting an appointment.

Document delivery and security

Use the separately approved secure delivery method for closing packages. Do not place sensitive documents, ID images, or financial information in general website forms.

Third-party providers

We may coordinate independent notaries, witnesses, and technology providers. Notary Wineglass remains the operational contact for accepted services, subject to the client agreement.

Fees and payment

Fees depend on the service and order requirements. Separately agreed client pricing, invoicing, and payment terms control.
